New user

When you click 'Invite by e-mail', your e-mail client will open with a new e-mail with a link in it that people can use to join your organisation. The link is valid for five days and you may send it to as many people as you would like to join your organisation.

None User will be added to organisation but has no access to risk assessments or trainings. Basic User can only take trainings. Edit User can take trainings and view and edit all risk assessments. Manage User can take trainings, view and edit all risk assessments, give extra users access to the risk assessment, request validations, and lock risk assessments. Validate User can take trainings, view and edit all risk assessments, and validate risk assessments. Full User can view and edit all content and add or remove users to or from the organisation.

Select the default permission level to assign to this user for all risk assessments in your organisation. Users can be granted a higher permission level for specific risk assessments if needed.
