Edit permissions

Set the permission level for {this_user} for this risk assessment ({this_risk_assessment_name}).

Basic User can only take the training. View User can take the training and view risks. Edit User can take the training and view and edit risks. Manage User can take the training and view and edit risks, give extra users access to this risk assessment, request validations, and lock this risk assessment.
