I’m young, wild and ambitious. I have worked in horeca all my life. For the past 3 years I have worked in the restaurant of Valérie Dupont. I have learned a great deal from Valérie during this period and I am considering to start a place of my own. (In another part of town of course, I don’t want to compete with Valérie!)
